What is included in the Advanced Energy Monitor measurements?

The AEM measures the current consumption of the VMCU domain, on the Development Kits this domain powers the whole MCU plugin card (excluding the LEDs) including the EFM32 and any LCD display. The VMCU domain is also available on the prototyping board and any components attached there will also be included in the measurements.  On the Starter Kits, the VMCU domain powers the EFM32 and any components attached to the VMCU domain.
