Which revision of the ARM Cortex-M3 is used in the EFM32 devices?

Revision r2p0 of the ARM Cortex-M3 is used in all EFM32G (Gecko) devices. Revision r2p1 is used in all EFM32TG (Tiny Gecko), EFM32GG (Giant Gecko) and EFM32LG (Leopard Gecko) devices.
