Where can I find documentation for the EFM32 devices?



A:

Each EFM32 series (e.g. Gecko  - EFM32G) has it's own Reference Manual which covers all of the topics which are common to all of the devices in that family. This includes register descriptions of all of the modules in any of the devices in the family. In addition there is a EFM32 Cortex-M3 Reference Manual, which is common for all EFM32 devices and describes in detail the configuration of the ARM Cortex-M3 processor within the devices in the family.

For each EFM32 device there is also a datasheet which contains the information that is specific to the device. This includes package, pinout, soldering information and electrical characteristics.
