Q:  I just bought an EFM32 Starer Kit. In the Quick Start Guide that came in the box I am asked to dowload the "EFM32 Gecko Installer", but I cannot find such a download on the page it tells me. 

A: The "EFM32 Gecko Installer" package has been deprecated and the functionality is now covered in Simplicity Studio. Some kits still have older instructions, but to find the latest getting started guide, please go to www.energymicro.com/simplicity
