Can I use a Keil U-link debugger with the energyAware Commander?

No, the energyAware Tools (Commander, Profiler etc.) only works with J-link devices and other devices like U-link are not supported. You can however use the U-link to program the EFM32 devices through other programs (like Keil MDK).
